Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene, safety, or manufacturer restrictions. Customized products, electrical items once installed, and clearance or sale items may not be eligible unless received in damaged or defective condition.

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our support team with order details and clear images or videos of the product. Once the request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be provided. Products must be shipped back in proper packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange as applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Shipping

For approved exchanges, replacement products will be dispatched after the returned item is received and verified. Exchange delivery timelines may vary based on product availability.

Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us.
